......that you were sooooo proud of that now you look back and realize it wasn't "all that" after all?

For instance, prom king/queen, cheerleader, etc.

I was a pom pom girl and student council VP. LOLOL
That and $3.09 will buy me a gallon of gas!

Just graduation. With all the hype. Sure, you need to do it and get on with life, but it was a small step. I realized by University Grad that even a degree was another step, but not all that.

I can tell you something that I am proud of NOW. I am a cheerleader. My junior high goes from seventh grade to ninth grade, and only ninth graders can be on sports team. So all of last year I spent being a cheerleader and hanging out with the "popular" crowd. I just recently made cheer again for my actual high school for next year. One thing I do think twice about now is the whole concept of a "popular person." I used to be on the outside looking in at their whole "group" but now that I know them and hang out with them regularly, I realize that they are exactly the same as everyone else, but they somehow got to be more known. Popularity is way overrated in my opinion.

I was president of the student council. Learned skills I used later. Good experience so I guess I shouldn't have answered your question.

I tried to be the "mature" one, and was so proud of it at the time. But now that I look back, I wasted my high school years trying to be mature instead of being youthful.

I stole hall passes and sold them to students to pay for a real buffet style lunch. I hated the food they served at my school cheeseburgers and fries every day.
