I have listed some sites for you to have a look at.
I have used the first one (cyberlink 1,000 one way links) also onewaybacklinks.
The thing to remember if you do this is to start really slowly, just 1 or 2 links the first day at odd times and gradually build up - it has got to look natural otherwise you may get penalised.

Google recently updated its algorithm that it doesn't encourage people buying links. So be careful.
A better choice will be ask fellow bloggers who will be ready to link to you if you have good content on your site.
