It would depend on how many pallets you can move, how reliable they are, and also how consistant you can keep an inventory. If they are good pallets I would suggest talking to some local companies who do a lot of shipping. Most places are already setup with all their pallet needs and usually they can buy them pretty cheap.

A lot of companies that do shipping will have a pile of pallets with a "free" sign on them, either by the roadside or next to their dumpster. Ask at places like that (even motorcycle stores) because they end up paying for them to go in the trash and so would be delighted if you took them without making a mess in their lot.

Be resourceful = recycling, offering for sale the used pallets, used for fencing, sheds.

If they're in good shape. If not, they could maybe be sold as firewood.
