Sometimes, my alarm goes off and I turn it off, then I dream about getting ready and I actually think I'm getting ready. I then wake up to find that I've actually done none of it yet... Quite simply, I just have a hard time waking up, I always want more sleep... Someone help!!

I have the same problem. I put my alarm clock across the room so I have to get out of bed to shut it off. Then open your blinds right away. Letting sunlight in will tell your body that its time to get up.
Having said that, are you getting enough sleep at night? Or too much? Do you drink caffeine or alcohol? While you might be able to fall asleep after drinking these, they don't let your body rest properly so you can't get the rest that you need.
If all else fails, talk to your dr. You could have sleep apnea which would also make you feel unrested in the AM.

I actually have two alarms since sometimes I have hard time waking up. The first one is set per example at 8 and the second 15 min. later and far away from the bed. That has help me to stay wake up more easily because I know I have 15 mins. to either go back to sleep or just lay in bed.

Yeah, I have that problem too! Try setting your alarm to some music. Sometimes that annoying BEEEEP just makes you wanna drift back to sleep and leave the annoying sound behind! If you try waking up to some music you like, it'll start the day off on a better note and you'll actually want to hear the song, forcing yourself to be a little more awake. That prevents the dreaming... Good luck!

Try going to sleep at the same time every night. Also stop taking speed, or drinking coffee after the morning hours. I would also recommend doing something that tires you out during the day that involves alot of exercise. Being crabby is something only you can control. Try waking up in a good mood. You can do this. I did.

What I do to wake up is I get my iPod and put on some rock music or techno or something catchy that I want to dance to and that makes me want to get up. If you don't have an iPod, use any Mp3 player or even switch your alarm clock from buzzer to radio so that it plays the radio when you wake up, but music will get your day started!
