everyday, when i pass by moving objects, falling leaves, sprinklers, i think about math and how you could project the paths. i am also a physics student, so that is how my brain works haha i like the question though!

Always. You 'see' the inter-relations of math with teh rest of the UNiverse, but then you can go off into your own little universe where you can make up the rules however you like.
