I think Draygen Alexander sounds good, and also, giving a more 'mainstream' middle name is a good idea in case your child grows up and decides he doesn't like Draygen anymore. Personally, I think it's great. I wanted to give my son the middle name Draco, but my boyfriend said it was stupid.

A middle name starting with an R would flow well with the starting "r" sound in Draygen.
Something like:
Draygen Rafferty
Draygen Richard
Draygen Riley
Draygen River
Draygen Rocco
Draygen Roman
Draygen Rory
Draygen Ross
Draygan Rylan

Other "d" names might be..
Dalton
Duke
Darby
Darius
Digby

Hope they help! :)

Draygen D. like Billy D. that is his middle name D. Some people are born without even having a middle name. Think how easy it will take him to learn it in school! We all call my Grandson D. after Dylan.

How about the similar, but more normal name, of Draydon? Or Draedon (alternate spelling)? Draygen is like dragon, there's no good way to say it.

Draygen looks cool but sounds like "dragon". How about Derek? I know it's kind of a 70's name but it was never as common as Jason, Todd or Mike. Could be time for a comeback....

How about Draygen Slayer. Draygen is too extreme. The poor kid will be teased and so will you, behind your back. How about Damon, Duane, Doug, Don, David, Dakota, Deuce, Dak, Dylan, Dylon. Congrats on the pregnancy and good luck. My childhood nickname was Jody. I'm a guy and trust me, it sucked!
