It will depend upon what the bank is made of. If it is glass, use a glass cutter about the head, circumferentially,--you have to do this fast--then tap it fairly hard with the ball end of the cutter.
If the material is plastic or ceramic, then use a sharp knife or razor cutter and perform the above about the head, but this time hit the head against a wooden object like a chair seat or arm holding the body in your hand.
