You have not used sufficient brackets to expalin the question.
If
P=3/5(x+10)
5(x+10)P=3
x+10=(3/5P)
x=(3/5P)-10

if P=(3/5)(x+10)
(5/3)P=x+10
x=(5/3)P-10
