My husband and I are informally separated and we have a house together. I moved out of the house a few months age, but I still pay my share of mortgage. I noticed that he brings his GF to the house when our son and I are not home.
Can I ask for police restrain to stop her coming to our house when I am away?

I work away from the house and only visit the house to see my son, I still have my room and my stuff there, we just live in different places but legally we are married, I don't care that he sees someone. I just don't like his GF to come to the house which I still own half of it.

What an odd situation...I would think there is nothing that you can do if his name is on the house...He can invite whomever he wants...But seriously, that really sucks, i think i would be angry as heck....

I can't believe your husband cheated on you! I also can't believe that you still pay mortgage after you moved out of the house You should do whatever it takes to stop her from coming to your house. I don't think that calling for police restrain to stop her from coming to your house is a good idea. You moved out of the house a few months ago and you still live there?

I doubt it, but why would you want to? You aren't together, I assume you're getting a divorce? If so, let him have his life, you don't want him, and if he's found someone else let him go. Doing spiteful things does no one any good, and you have a son together. You need to make things as friction free as possible for your son's sake. Any stress you cause your husband indirectly affects your son. Of course there are some issues that require standing up and being heard, but I don't think this is one of them.

well you are separated and you moved out of the house? what he does is his own business if you don't like the idea of him bringing his gf over quit paying the mortgage? that would be the smart thing too do.

Nothing you can do to stop him. File for divorce and if he wants to keep the house he can buy out your half. Or you can sell the house and split any profit. Other than that you have to put up with it. His name is on the house too, so you can't stop him from bringing whom ever he wants there. My question to you is why do you want to stay married to him under those circumstances anyway?

if you are still paying a mortgage on it and your name is also on the title too then ya you can get the police to restrain her from to your house. even though you don't live there but you are still paying for it yes you can do it and there's nothing your husband can say or do. good luck.

why not? i thought that you guys were separated. you don't LIVE with him. and just cause you pay HALF the mortgage doesn't mean anything. its HIS house too. he should have the freedom to bring whoever the hell he wants to bring there. stop harassing the man.
and how can you put a restraining order on someone who isn't even BOTHERING YOU?
get a life,chick.

If you moved out of the house and he brings her over when your son is not present what's the problem? Are you worried she will damage the house in some way? I know you are not divorced yet, so maybe that is it.

If you have moved out of the house I don't think you have much say as to who comes in and out of the house.. I say just let it go and nail his butt with serious child support and alimony if you can swing it..

First lay off the drugs, Girl.
Second if your dumb enough to pay the mortgage on your adulterous husbands house its not his problem.
Yes its wrong of him but no he's not obligated to you.
Quit taking it up the ***!

If she hasn't assaulted or threatened you in any way you won't be able to get a restraining order. You could set up a few booby traps though ;)
