I purchased Jukebox 10 plus over a year ago (so naturally I can't get tech support ). Most songs I have no problem with. The songs that crashed were purchased through Musicmatch online. Any thoughts??

It Could Be A Corrupted Music File Or The Program Is Having A Problem With "Protected" Music Files (Some Sort Of Digital Rights Management Encoding) You May Need Updates For Program Components.
