Grading cheddar cheese and mixing it in a bowl with tuna and mayonaise and having it on toasted bread? Do you like it? Its good!

sounds good. used to have "tuna melts" growing up. basically the same thing. tuna on a hamburger bun, with a slice of cheese on top, popped into a toaster oven. yummy!

no, but i have placed tuna on a slice of bread, put grated cheese on top and toasted it in the toaster oven.... it's really good.

I do like tuna with cheese, but I usually use montery jack or pepper jack cheese. But your sandwich sounds good too.
