Also how much money does it cost to plant a crop/orchard/vinyard from the ground up? So is it cheaper to buy already planted property or plant it yourself?

It's differs from one crop to another, from one location to another, and from one year to another. But generally, farming is not a highly profitable business; moreover, a small number of very large farms earn the bulk of profits...

I can't tell which country you are in lisa but I'm a business consultant and I've done "5-year business plans" for farmers and I say that each plan has been different one from the other because it depends on so many different factors and how each person wants their business to work.
I never heard of "already planted property".
I can say that there are farms on the internet that describes their method of management you can learn from...just plug in your request on the yahoo search engine.
