I came out of surgery about 4 weeks ago and the doctors and nurses keep telling me to increase my protein. The problem is I’m not sure how much protein is enough. I’m in my late teens early 20's and weigh around two hounded pounds at a height of 5'5". The surgery left me with about a 4.6 cm X3.6cm X1.5 CM hole in the side of my leg. Well obviously it's gotten smaller but I’m looking for the fastest and most pain free way to heal. I’m on a wound vac and man does it suck (literally and figuratively).

depends on your weight
your body weight times point 6 = grams of protein per day.
example: 150 x .6 = 90
about 30 grams per meal if you eat 3 meals a day

200 pounds x . 6 = 120 per day, 40g per meal
