I didn't start showing until around the 7th month, and I had a relatively quiet, easy 1st trimester too. There were very few symptoms, other than fatigue and tender boobs, so until we had the ultrasound and started feeling movements, I was worried all the time that I wasn't REALLY pregnant.
Don't worry... you're not alone! Every woman's body is different and each pregnancy varies widely.
In a few more weeks, you'll start feeling movement, which is always reassuring when you're wondering how the pregnancy is going. In a few months, you'll notice your belly finally protruding enough to show it off.
Congrats, try not to worry too much! :)

at 4 months you should be feeling that baby. talk to your doc about how far apart the movements can be so that you will feel reassured. i think it is bad if you go a long time without feeling the baby but I am not sure how many hours that is.
Your morning sickness should have gone away if you had any at all. some women dont get it but its rare. my friend was so small she didnt even look pregnant at 7 months barley showing but some people dont show as well. just eat right and get lots of rest and take care of yourself. read books that should help calm you!

I have a friend that is in the same situation, she is 4 months pregnant. It is perfectly normal to feel worried, you should feel a "butterfly-like" sensation in about the next 2 weeks or so. As soon as you feel the baby move alot of your worries will disappear. She doesn't feel the baby move yet and she went to the doctor today and everything was ok. So hang in there and nervousness is what makes you a mom. Good Luck

With my last 2, I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms at all, and only gained about 12lb with each. My doctor wasn't worried about the weight gain, because I had gestational diabetes, I had to watch closely what I ate so I wouldn't end up with a big baby. And I refused to go on insulin shots after being on them with baby number 3, and having problems with my sugar going to low.
If it hadn't been for the fact I could feel the baby move, I wouldn't have felt pregnant, and no one other then my husband and my aunt knew with the last before I had her. I never looked pregnant. And wore my jeans up until 2 wks before I had her. She was born at 35 wks and was 6lb and 4oz.

I was like that with my son when I was 4 months pregnant. No nausea, no sore breasts, nothing. I even took another pregnancy test one day just to make sure! LOL I am 23 weeks, 4 days with a girl now and seem to have every symptom in the book. lol Every pregnancy is different. Your baby is fine.

I was paranoid at that stage. I constantly worried that something was wrong with her and only felt better for awhile after each doctor's visit. I'm 27 weeks now and still paranoid that something could go wrong. This is my 1st pregnancy and so far has been very healthy and normal.

if you would have lost the baby you would have known because much blood would have shown up, and you would have had serious cramps and or labor pains. Miscarriages at 4 months means the baby is big enough for you to see it's features. you are just being weird. If still concerned talk to your doctor.
