The best wood fired pizza, and possibly the best kept secret in Las Vegas restaurants is Setebello's, on Horizon Ridge and Valley Verde, in Henderson. They are the only place in Las Vegas and one of only eleven places in the United States to be certified by Vera Pizza Napolitana, and Italian organization promoting authentic original pizza. The guidelines are so strict that it insures you will be enjoying a pizza on par in quality and authenticity with Napels, Italy, the birthplace of pizza. It's also reasonably priced. Check it you, try the Pizza Bianco or Margherita, I promise you'll thank me.

Verazzono's is the best pizza in Las Vegas from what I have had ( and I have been here for 25 years ). They are kind of hidden but on the corner shopping center of Rainbow and Flamingo.

Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.
