get as my first tattoo? and where?

See i really want to get a tattoo but not sure where i want it at on my body i think i might want it on my lower back or on my lower leg. but not really sure.what do you think and why????

i am 24 married and i want something that means something to me not just anything i have looked a so many pictures and i think that i like this one that goes on the lower back it is shamrocks and blue flowers on a vine but i would like more ideas ..... thanks

You should do a lower back design, something like a vine, or your name in pretty ''font'', or a fiery butterfly or something :-) good luck choosing and have fun!
Also neck tattoos are cute, what about cherries on your neck?

Don't go on lower back!! I has been over done!!!! If you what a cute one a little one that is cool, i have see it only once!!
Behind your ear, lower on your neck! it has to be a small one so maybe your fav bug, star, flower, something small!!
hum, this one will hurt, on your elbow, but it looks better on men, but a few girls can pull it off you have to get the right tattoo. a flower that reaches down and up your arm! that would look good on the elbow!
you have to find something that is you! look at as many tattoos you can find. on Internet in tattoo shops! when you see some that makes you excited, try to pull elements that you like and make it your own!

Get it anyplace that you can cover if you choose to, mine are on my breast and pelvic area, neither are a painful place. Nothing worse than a woman with tatts. on her arms when she's in a gown or nice dress. As far as what to get that would depend on what you like, there are so many things to choose from. But are you really sure you want to do this? I've had mine for more years than I care to count and honestly I wish I didn't have them. It's just that the scars from having them lasered off aren't pretty at all.

Just be careful you get it done at a clean place. I know of someone who got a case of MRSA from an infected needle while getting a tattoo...

Wait until you are sure. I waited until I was 35 before I got my 1st one. I have friends that got dumb tattoo's at 18 and they look like crap now.

I like the lower back ones and ring tatts. Guys mark chicks with lower back tatts as easy targets though. Idk the reasoning behind it. They just do.
