If you are asking if it's immature? No. I own a farm, and all of my kids, including my thirteen year old son, love the animals. They adore the baby ducks, the miniature goats, the call ducks... And they'd love to have more animals.
In fact, my two older children (eleven years old and thirteen years old) are trying to raise their own ducks in hopes of eventually entering them in a fair.
Nothing wrong with liking farm animals.

I like farm animals, and I'm 26. I have a bunch of chickens, a couple of horses, and was thinking of getting a cow, and maybe a goat to help keep the grass short. They're fun, and they can serve a purpose.

It is never wrong to like any animal - farm or otherwise. If someone told you this - they are mistaken. Did you read Charlotte's Web? If not, do so. Farm animals are great!

No its not wrong to love your pets .And take good care of them .I makes you responsible and very loving and caring .In a study children that hurt animals is not good .
