During my last trimester, my coworkers tended to act as if I wasn't working there anymore and that I wasn't coming back after my maternity leave.
They made inconsiderate choices of places to go for social get-togethers, places that either had really spicy food that was a problem for me when the baby was taking up so much room, or they'd drink and being around looseygoosey drinkers when you're not drinking at all is really no fun.
The thing that bothered me the most though, is that they pretty much stopped listening to my input on projects as if somehow I had gotten stupid just because I was pregnant. The baby I was pregnant with is in his 20's now, but I still remember how frustrated I felt at work those days.

there are probably a few factors to why you feel like they are being more rude.
1) they are about to take on all of your work load... if they havn't already taken most of it already.
2) most of what they hear you talk about is appointments and getting this and that for the baby... some times it can be annoying
3) they know that once that baby comes around that you are going to get more time off and preference towards promotion because of your child
I read an article on Yahoo just a few weeks ago talking about this exact subject. coworkers with kids get more time off, and more leniency in the work place for the simple fact that they procreated. its true... and I can't wait for my wife and I to start!

How about overly protective? I'm a CNA and worked at an assisted living facility at the time I was 9 months pregnant. They wouldn't let me change a light bulb, reach over my head to get anything, assist heavier people in and out of bed and wheelchairs, etc. Basically I was only allowed to cook, clean, and do the activities, it drove me nuts!

Actually, with my first son I was working in a restaraunt and they were wonderful to me. I would go to clean off a table and they would take all the dishes from me. And they always carried out my big trays.
Not to be rude, but maybe it's your hormones and they aren't really being that bad, your just a bit sensitive.

You might just be getting hormonal, dear. No worries. They were always that annoying. You were just more patient. They won't bug you so much after you come back from Family Leave. Congrats on your baby!

maybe these people are envious that you are experiencing the miracle of pregnancy and child birth? or maybe youve been acting like a b*tch without realizing it (blame your hormones, we all do it!) and theyre just irritated with you? it could be any number of things. but no, i havent felt the same way. congrats though, and good luck!

My coworkers were very supportive throughout my whole pregnancy. But also wasnt one of those pregnant women who whined and complained all the time either.

Maybe you could give a little information about WHAT they are doing that annoys you?
I haven't ever found people acting different in T-3 at all. Maybe you are hormonal and over reacting?
