This is essentually impossible since many different alphabets and languages are involved and many places that don't computerize the records. If you consider the United States to contain a reasonable sample of the world then the Social Security Administration keeps various lists of baby names actually used. This page is the most popular 1000 male and 1000 female names in the 2000's decade so far.

Other than "human" what birth names would there be ? But, you might try "Character Naming Sourcebook" which is a book not a website, by Sherrilyn Kenyon. It has names from all ethnic backgrounds. You might find it on Amazon.com
