One of them is the aftermath of the spraying of Agent Orange during the Viet Nam war. Its a deadly poison and is still causing horrible problems, including human birth defects that are quite severe.

You mean seperate from what we and the french and chinese have done to them over the years or what they have done trying to rebuild a country we destroyed for no reason other than to stuff corporate coffers (kinda like IRAQ now). Most problems relate to a growing populace (finally) with poor infrastructure(wonder how that happened?) they love their country and have policies in place trying to mitigate the effects.
We are the largest polluters on the planet with china our manufacturer fast catching up.

Probably the usual. Industrial waste in the water, etc, with also the great environmental problem of China being next door.
