I couldn't name just one song. I think Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love" can bring tears to your eyes. "Unchained Melody" by the Righteous Brothers was made even more romantic due to the famous scene in Ghost. Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight" is also a good one. Bryan Adams and Bon Jovi have many very romantic songs.
