Check out this site.

Tourett's is a neurological condition but can frequently occur side-by-side with compulsive disorders.

The site says it better than I can.

No it is a disorder when a person says something or acts a certain way that they can't help. ex: yelling or twitching (no control over it). OCD is something a person is conscious and aware of and usually counts how many times they have to do something and they become obsessed with doing it a certain number of times. Ex: opening and shutting a door 5 times every time they leave or enter the house.

No thats kind of ridicolous ( sorry) it's an uncontrolable need to scream or twitch or act out uncontrollable being the key word

ummm no - they have absolutely nothing to do with one another. Torrets is a neurological disorder. OCD is a mental disorder.

Not realated in any shape way or form.

While they are not the same thing, you will find if you look it up, they often run hand in hand. Not always, but often.
