i have been doing some studies and i have found frankie differs quit greatly from leo

and f.y.i franie-my female gecko
leo= my male gecko
but anyway i think frankie is a african fat tailed gecko is there anyway i can confirm it for sure
and if she is a afroican tailed gecko
can she breed with my male leopard gecko?
and also is she stronger than him?
cuz he accdently bit her tail while going for a meal worm and she turned around and just wacked him like 3 times... plz help me figure it out

If she is an African Fat Tailed, she cannot breed with a Leopard.

How long have you had them? If they have lived together for a year and have gotten along until now, they should be fine. If she wacked him but did not scratch him, I wouldn't worry about it.

I do not know enough about Geckos to help you confirm the species; I would suggest finding a local Herpetologist, or a breeder, a professor, or someone, to find out from them. A vet may be able to help. but not likely.

They have a similar shape but the markings on these two species are quite different as adults. Can you describe the female or post a photo. Fat tails lack the spots of leopards and have wide dark brown and beige bands.
