Yes in 2 ways, kind of. All time, future, past, and present are one point. Because of this, all that we perceive is a direct effect from how we perceive our perceptions. By physical laws, all energy and matter are equal, but opposite and interchangeable. Actions give off energy. We can feel these waves of energy. But, since all time is one, the physical laws although tangible in a way of our perception, can still be influenced by our own reactions, which in turn, create energy for all spatial time as well. Life is truly a circle existing in a single point of our perception.

Well, is it the FUTURE that affects the present, or our thoughts on what we want the future to be? I say it has no affect on the present, and further it doesn't actually exist.

yeah, say you're with your friends and everybody's drinking and you're like "well i want to drink, but i have to go into work tomorrow, so i can't because i'll be hungover", so the idea or the thought and knowledge of the future effects the present i guess.
