Do plastic owls work? What about cayene pepper?

I live in a condo so pie pans are not allowed. As for the feeder, there is a mulberry tree next to the balcony and during berry season after they gorge themselves on berries they take naps in the flower boxes so no feeders near by.

A plastic owl might work, but a live peregrine falcon is much more fun to watch.

here is a combination that I use I hang aluminum pie plates up and also use plastic owl and cayene pepper . I use a combo of all 3 and it seems to work really good .

the plastic owls with the new heads that move work wonderfully! u should try to put out bird feeders to attract em away from ur plants also!
