The noise starts at about 60 mph. I have already tried changing the half shaft and wheel bearing and the noise is still there. Rotating the tires have also been tried. It definitely seems to be coming from the driver's side. Could this be a transmission noise? Thank you!

Could be in the trans---have a shop put it on a hoist and have someone run the car in gear up to 60 mph or more while someone listens underneath for the noise. What kind of noise? does it fluctuate in volume or pitch depending on speed?

before you throw any more parts at it, i would take it to a dealer and have them take a look. they can put chassis ears on it and get a idea. its hard to say its the trans or not without hearing it myselt.

I'd say possibly rotors and pads if all else has failed.
