I want to make a weapon that is non-lethal duct tape, paper, or cardboard. NOTHING ELSE!!

I would suggest you use a very heavy weight of cardboard, or it will wave around too much. You can also strengthen it by cutting several layers of cardboard and then wrapping them with duct tape. Remember the tape comes in different colors, so you can wrap the blade in silver (not gray, silver) and the hilt in black or brown.

sword? simply cut it out of cardboard, then wrap in duct tape, the cross piece for the handle could be an add on after you do the blade and handle part. cut the cross piece with a slit in it for the handle of the blade to go through then wrap well with duct tape.

Cut out the cardboard in shape of sword you want and strengthen it by wrapping it with duct tape.

you can make nice swords and knifes, just cut and glue paper with tape until they stay straight (you can also make some pistols to, but for this you can use also cement or some form of cement, also you have to use some kind of a metallic paint (maybe more then one color) more then one lair of paint required, This is really how they make all type of guns in the movies (i saw it on TV once).
