If you mean the machine that sucks moisture out of the air, it's called a de-humidier. You can find one at almost any good hardware store. I'd suggest True Value, Home Depot, and Sears.

You can buy a de humidifier at Sears and other big stores who sell furnaces and central air conditioning units.
You can also buy ones that sit on the floor and fill a tray full of water that you have to dump every day.
