What is it that you like the most about your service and what do you like the least? I am starting my own business and would love to get feedback from those that seriously use a maid service on regular basis. Thank-you.

In that industry, it's all about trust. The person has to look decent, make it clean, be discreet, not look at you weird, and not look like they're judging every piece of your house like you're opening and auction.
Oh, and they have to be on time. That'd be great.

I used to clean peoples homes. I think personality plays a huge roll in deciding whom to hire. You need to establish a trusting relationship with the person. I would suggest going with a person whom owns there own business in home cleaning and works solo. If you get involved with some home cleaning services, you will end up with a different cleaner everytime! I would also advise you to be home when they are cleaning your home. The woman I worked for would eat the persons food when they werent home and Im sure she also went through things. Be Careful and I wouldnt leave anything of great value laying around just in case.
