I was fine until 4 weeks ago at my sister's communion when after everyone left, I threw up the food. Then after I felt nauseous all the time, and I can't eat breakfast in the morning because I throw it up and I have diarrhea now in the mornings only. I'm going to the doctor soon but I'm really scared because I HATE doctors and going to the hospital. What could I have???

P.S. No I'm not pregnant. I'm 16 years old, eat fairly well and I'm not under stress.

You could have picked up some bacteria out of the food you ate at the communion. The most popular are salmonella, shigella or campylobacter.
You also may have a flu virus which has been going around. It seems to last a really long time too. We are talking a month.
Your physician will run the proper test and probably put you on some Flagyl and another antibiotic.
If it helps any, I am a nurse and we see people with the same symptoms all of the time. I could be way off base, but then I could be right on with my answer. At any rate, dont worry about it. Just remember to drink plenty of liquids to keep yourself hydrated.
Good luck.

I hope it isn't food poisoning. That's what it sounds like. If it gets any worse before your doctor's visit, get to the emergency room even if you need to ask for an ambulance from 911.

You need to see the doc and if you hate doctors then you need to find one you like as docs are not bad if you have one that you like.
