Not on a carry on and not in anything you will bring on the plane that's not in the cargo hold.

i've been on an airplane many times and one of the rules are not to bring any sharp objects so a razor does count. You could bring your razor but you have to store it in your suitcase. If you have any questions you could always ask the person that you bought the tickets from they always know and when you call to say that your still going on the plane you could ask them

You can pretty much put anything into your checked luggage, its the carry on that they care about. If you put non electric razors in your carry on and they are in the bottom usually they go unnoticed, but I haven't flown since they started the liquids rules so I don't know how strict they are being now. YOu can always just buy them when you get there.

Electric, maybe in your suitcase that is checked in but not in anything carry on. They probably wouldn't do that either. I mean, not too long ago they wouldn't even allow bottles of water or infant bottles of formula.

probably not. and they DEFINITELY aren't going to let you bring shaving cream on the place. you should just BUY a razor as soon as you get to your destination.
