to be unblocked: Get another screen name. Ask the person nicely to unblock you. There is no technology solution to this issue, short of breaking into their account and unblocking yourself. (which i don't believe we are supposed discuss on this forum) Keep in mind, they may have blocked you for a reason. Maybe they aren't worth your time getting unblocked.

You can't, and you shouldn't be able to. There's a reason why AIM allows you to block someone, so you don't have to receive messages from them. If someone doesn't want to chat w/ you, then just respect their wishes and leave them alone.
How would you like it if there was someone who you didn't want to chat with, you blocked them, and they were able to unblock themselves and keep trying to chat with you? What an annoyance that would be.
