In Irvine there is no time limit for underagers. If you are not over 21 you must be accompanied by someone over 25. There is a 5 underage persons limit per each adult but if you are all teens and not small children, they don't really care, especially if you call ahead of time to reserve a table for a large party in the dining room. You just need an adult at the door when someone new that is underage from your party arrives.

You can go there at any age, but you need to have a number of adults over the age of 25 equal to the number of people under the age of 21. By the way, it won't matter how much you insist that you are just in there for some good clean fun; it's company policy and none of the employees will be willing to risk their crappy jobs, remember for all they know you are a plant being paid to see if they are sticking with the company ideals.
Sorry dude, but if any of you have older siblings with hot friends it could still be kind of fun.

all Dave and Busters need a member of the party to be 25 or older. If you do not have someone in your party over this age, than you cannot be allowed to go inside.

Dave & Buster's welcomes all our guests. We respectfully remind you that Dave & Buster's is primarily an adult establishment. We have long-standing house policies relating to the admission, conduct and safety of all guests. Please read and respect the policies listed below. Some stores may have additional guidelines - please contact your location for these additional guidelines.

Guests under the age of 21 (legal drinking age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 25 years of age or older, (30 years of age or older for San Jose and Ontario locations), who agrees to be responsible for the conduct and safety of the underage guests.

The following locations enforce a year-round 11 p.m. curfew for guests under the age of 21: Bethesda, Philadelphia, San Jose, Ontario, Chicago, New York City.

One parent or guardian can accompany up to a maximum of four underage guests. (maximum of 3 underage guests in NYC)

Underage guests must remain with their parent or guardian. Our other guests appreciate this, and our insurance carrier requires it.
