...my niece who just had her 4th cancer surgery

My Dad. He served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. When I watch movies about those wars I just cry and cry thinking about what he went through. And he said that before each war he prayed for a peaceful resolution for the sake of all sides. Once he was captured and held down while a truck was driven back and forth across his legs. He was eventually able to escape and free 11 other men. So not all of my tears are for sadness, there are some tears for his tremendous courage and leadership too. Peace now.

My great grandmother. An F3 tornado has struck her town...but she turned out okay. There was no damage done to her home but she was without power for several hours. I'm so concerned about her well-being because she is almost 90 years old and she didn't sound too good over the phone. She is now safe with family.
This was less than a week ago.

This one girl at my school who died. Just a few weeks before her eighth grade promotion. Almost the entire school was crying (and that is a LOT of people) and also my friends uncle who committed suicide

My friend, Earl....he suffered a stroke as his sugar went over 400....... I cried real heart felt tears for my best friend. He is better now tho........he has made it so far.
