Yes, it says so on my card. And I hope, if I get in a terrible accident, with my dying breath I may utter, "I am an organ donor."
I also checked the box to donate my body to medical science. And I've made my wishes known to my family that if none of that works out, my body goes to Body Works to be turned into death art.
After all, death doesn't have to be boring. You're dead, do something!

No, but, along with other things, I donated a harmonica to Salvation Army.
Of course, you are probably asking about donating body parts after death and that I will not do.
My perspective is very different from that of most people as I was actually called dead after being hit by a car, and if any vital organs had been harvested from me while I remained in that condition I would not be here now.

Yes. If you have the opportunity to improve or save someone's life, why wouldn't you be? Once I'm gone, I'm gone. Might as well recycle the parts.

no! i have this fear that once you become one you are marked and targeted by the computers as to what blood type, what organs can go to who and where and you are followed and have an unfortunate accident and your organs are harvested by rich people who need them!

I am.. I don't need them once I die, and hell, why throw away good organs if it could help someone else live. It's not like it would help me any..

I haven't donated anything yet but my papers are signed if something happens to me... and I made it clear to my family also... If my sister's kidney fails like the doctor's are predicting and I am a match to her I am giving her one of my kidney's..
