I need to know, as the current computer I have doesn't have it. Does the GeForve 6100 have it?

Also, on a completly side note, does anyone know any stores that are NOT online that have desktops under 450$ that would be good for gaming?

The Geforce 6xxx family support Shader 3.0.

Most desktops in the <$450 range are business desktops and would either have integrated graphics or cheap entry-level video cards. I would not expect satisfactory gaming performance from such PCs. Also those machines usually have a small power supply such that upgrading the video card is difficult or expensive (card and power supply cost).
The key to gaming performance is in the video card:
1. Good GPU architecture (higher number of shaders or stream processors, the better)
2. Core clock speed (higher is better)
3. Memory clock speed (higher is better, ddr3 is best, ddr4 is still too expensive).

Upgrading the video card (AGP or PCIe) does wonder to a business desktop or an aging PC.

It supports Pixel shader 3.0 but the card/chipset itself is worthless for games with only 2 pixel shader pipelines and 1 vertex shader and with no video RAM of its own it takes away from your computers RAM.

As for the gaming computer for $450 you have to be joking you cannot get a gaming computer for that much anywhere, you would have to at least double that!

You card uses PS 2.0. And 450 for a gaming computer is a joke. You can't find a decent computer gaming system for that price. YOu will have to double that.
