My Super Bowl XLII prediction is, and has been since right after SB XLI...

Cincinnati Bengals and New Orleans Saints.

If I had to pick a second team per conference: Colts in the AFC, Eagles in the NFC.

AFC
New England Patriots- they made by far the most progress this offseason of all the teams. Adding Moss and Stallworth will spread the field and give Brady more options. Maroney will have a breakout year. The defense is solid. Special teams is good.

Pittsburgh Steelers- they will bounce back from a pretty rough season and return to the playoffs. Tomlin will shock people and lead the team in the right direction. Last year, Ben through a lot of pics. This year he will focus and get better, and find Holmes and Ward in the endzone. Parker is a great back. The D is good and improving even with the loss of Porter.

NFC

New Orleans Saints- they will have one of the top records if not the best. Reggie Bush and Duece McAllister make a great duo at RB. Drew Brees will throw for atleast 4000 and toss 25 TD's. The offense will average atleast 27 PPG. The defense is good enough to hold the opposing team under 20 points.

Seattle- sure, many of you think this is a bad call. But last year Hasslebeck and Alexander both suffered injuries. Alexander is almost fully recovered and will frequently find the endzone. Hasselbeck has the capability of having a good year even without a "great" WR. The defense is strong and can stop the run along with dominating the passing game.

My sleepers- this years "Saints" are the Tennessee Titans, San Francisco 49s, and the Cleveland Browns.

i say the ravens win the super bowl 32 to 20 over the saints. personally i hate the ravens to the upmost extreme but they have the best defence in the league and their offence is getting better. two other teams that could go are the pats and the seahawks
