Thompson will be hated by Republicans because they are so sick of people from Hollywood getting involved in politics.
Whoops, that only applies to liberals. I forgot about the typical Republican double standard.

Law and order, even from Hollywood frightens the leftist liberals.Fred Thompson will not be the nominee for the GOP.He has health problems and his beautiful wife appears too Hollywood and some have profiled her as a stripper. I have no objections to any beautiful woman disrobed, an Athena standing proudly before me. The one that leftist liberals should be wary about is Rudolph Giuliani. After all, Rudy is a liberal. If the Demoncrats want to lose, Baracka Hussein bin Omama, the Muslim sympathizer, and member (for political purposes) of a racist church in Chicago, would be the way to losing. Obama is the greatest fraud ever presented for political purposes to the U.S. electorate. If Fred Thompson were the GOP nominee, I would vote for him , because of his beliefs and platform, not because he would be running under the color and cover of the GOP.

I don't know one liberal that fears Fred Thompson. You must hang with an interesting group. Liberals don't live with anymore fear than conservatives.

I believe every true liberal should be wary of Thompson, simply because he's a true conservative....and should do quite well in the percentage count, and therefore take votes from the other conservatives, and ,,er,,wait ,,er,,,let's see now, well, uh, maybe not too much fear after all,.....

Because he speaks common sense and isn't a career politician. They may also be scared because the last actor in the White House was our best president of the last 40+ years.

We see how easily you Republicans get confused between actors acting presidential, and real people being presidential and we can see how four more years of not knowing the difference can really put an end to our country.
That would scare anyone.

He answers questions put them and he doesn't beat around the bush like Obama and Hillary.
The Thompson you see today the same one will be there next week. You won't see Fred chaning his voice depending on who he is talking to at the time.

I heard he may not seek a Republican nomination...he may be an independant. BUT, his values are like most american values...no pollsters telling him what to say about each topic.
Plus, he is very accomplished in his background and a free thinker. Wants to lower taxes and do an "overhaul" on the tax system...that is what scares them the most...putting our hard earned dollars back in our pockets and that would prove the democratic stance wrong.
