I am writing a research argumentation essay on this topic and i am trying to find an argument that goes against: there is too much sexuality readily available in the media

your right, too many kids are getting introduced to sexuality and even pornography way to early, myself included. this can chemically alter the way they interact with ppl of the opposite sex in the future and can seriously hurt the growing process that needs to occur during childhood and adolesence

I agree with you. Kids are growing up too fast sexually, but not emotionally nor spiritually. I'm not religious anymore, so I don't want to give the evangelicals another shot, but there seems to be no responsibility from the parents anymore. No direction. No accountability. Kids need to know that there are consequences for their actions. We can't control the media. If we could, I'd take all the pro-army commercials off the TV, but there needs to be a balance.
