And why do you feel that way?

Note: I'm well aware none of these guys are great technical wrestlers. I was just wondering based on this list who you thought had the most wrestling skill.

Honestly of all these, I would have to say Shawn Michaels. Followed closely by the Rock. The way they used to make Hogan and Warrior always have some fake spirit burst and then beat someone down got annoyin at times. And in a way dats how they molding Cena. HBK just went out and did his thing win or lose.

The thing about all of those that you've mentioned is that they ARE ALL entertainers first and wrestlers second
However Shawn is the best out of those, for the simple reason he combines his wrestling talent with his showman like qualities to always give us a good entetaining match.
Next is Ultimate Warrior because he is basically WWFs Goldberg of the late 80s/early 90s. Decent wrestler but his main attraction was his 'chaotic-ness'
Then we have the 'bottom of the barrel', the dregs of wrestling. These guys have a combined 19 moves (if that) so ill make it easy...
3. The Rock - Hes better than the others and has the best mic skills, he was an over actor that made wrestling look 'fake' not scripted. He is great but didnt have much wrestling skill, more an athlete and an entertainer
4. John Cena - I think if you look at ever 5th question on yahoo you'll find your reason
5. Hulk 'Hasbeen' Hogan - The most over rated, useless piece of crap ever. He did save wrestling during the 80s but thats only because his push was so huge (it needs to be measured in decades, not months or years). Who the hell 'hulks up' if someone kicked him in the nuts he would have stopped. So there you go Mister Carlos

Shawn Michaels, no offense but most of the other guys just had/have alot of charisma. They can get over with the fans so their wrestling skill doesn't mattter much.

John Cena has good mic skills but has one move set and its the same four or five moves ending every match.

The Rock is the best on the mic and in the ring his relationship with the fans and how he includes them is most if not all of his wrestling skill.

Hulk Hogan is a legend. His finisher is just a normal leg drop, yet his charisma gets him over. He's just a nothing normal wrestler.

Shawn Michaels is a great wrestler and has the charisma and talent. His matches are never boring and his matches always keep you on your toes because he pulls out all the stops.

The Ultimate Warrior was good but HBK is still the best. The other guys are just for entertainment.

1. Shawn Michaels: He has steadily improved his ring skills even as he has gotten older.
2. The Rock: His in ring ability is very underrated.
3. John Cena: very underrated in the ring.
4. Hogan: He was all charisma and few moves.
5. The Ultimate Warrior: I loved the guy when I was younger but he had no ring skills to speak of and never really did anything resembling a wrestling move.

im not biased, this is just a straight fact: cena, the rock, hogan and warrior dont even compare to shawn michaels in terms of wrestling skill. shawn is the only wrestler in your list that has the total package in terms of overall skill, unlike the others. cena is a poor wrestler and worker. the rock wasnt that great of a wrestler either. simply put, hogan sucked. he was a terrible worker. warrior may have been a decent wrestler but still couldnt work nor could he draw.

Shaun Micheals hands down. Hogan, Cena, and The Ultimate Warrior can't wrestle for sh**. And as far as the Rock is concerned. He was a descent Wrestler. Their generation superstar. But Shaun's Skills go back over 15 years. I know this because I watched his Debut With Marty at GWF. this is when "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert Was the Southern Heavy-weight Champion. And he took Shawn Waltman "The Lighting Kid" under his wing.

HBK has to be 1 on this list of wrestling skill , most of these guys only have 5 moves. Hogan and Warrior maybe have 3 lol.

At pure wrestling skill, it would have to be Shawn Michaels. But honestly, none of them are that skilled. Cena, Rock, Hulk, and Warrior are useless as far as skilled wrestling goes. They all have the intangibles that make good PRO wrestlers, but that doesn't make them good at the skills of wrestling. There honestly aren't too many that ARE good "wrestlers" in the business.

I'd say it this way :

1) The Rock (although he was more of an entertainer)
2) HBK
3) Hogan
4) Cena
5) The Ultimate Warrior

Shawn Micheals.

Hogan, Cena, and Rock were/are just entertainers, period.

The Ultimate Warrior was a steroid freak.
