It depends on if it was a felony case or misdemeanor. Most background checks only look at felony charges. Also, if you were found innocent or the charges were dropped, you should have nothing to worry about-provided you pass the drug tests and remain clean. If you are still using drugs, do us all a favor and give up the idea of having a CDL.

It really depends on your state's requirements for commercial class licenses and what type you are applying for.

Just be honest...after all they have to drug test you,its the law for drivers,tell them you made a youthful honest mistake..be up front...dont lie or try to dodge.do the right thang and tell them straight up.
