Sometimes I tell myself that most people are kind, and I'm lying to myself because I'm really not sure about that.

of course, day in day out, just like the rest of us.
here are some examples of my daily lies:
"i like my job"
"i have great relationships with all my friends"
"my life is fulfilled and meaningful"
"i am in good enough shape to not excercise"
"i do not watch too much TV"
"i am always polite and thoughtful"
"i always try to be truthful with myself"
etc. etc.
