Science is a very broad topic and field of interest. if you want to know generally, then everything you can. I would start with basic earth-space science, biology, chemistry and Physics then you will have a better idea as to what field to go into

That depends on what branch of science: chemistry, physics, botany, biology, astronomy, geology, or whichever science you're interested in.
But the first thing all sciences need is a good mathematical foundation - algebra, calculus, geometry, trigonometry.
