I wanted to be a rich accountant and live in Atlanta, Georgia. Why? Because my father was a college professor, my mother was an English teacher and my grandmother was as well. All I knew was that I wanted to do anything but go into education!!! Soooooooo accountanting seemed as far right as I could go to be different. How novel. Most kids rebel with liberal ways. Me? I rebelled by threatening to become right wing conservative. *cough*
How did that turn out for me?
I'm a middle school English teacher. :) (somethings we totally grow out of) lol

I wanted to be a teacher & I got the degree & certificate, but never really used it. Believe it or not, though, the skills I learned as an ElEd major actually came in quite handy in my 11 year Banking career!

I always wanted to be my own boss did I do it yes I landed up a landscaper/housecleaning never expected I would be doing this but I love it and would not change a thing

A mortician and I almost was but when I moved..ran out of funds so I had to come back to this h*ll hole. And yes I know that's a weird thing to want to be as a kid.

A truck driver........I changed my mind and decided I don't want to be behind the wheel of a truck most of the day I need to talk to people s I became a hairdresser.........complete opposite!
