Think about it Hezbullah guerillas fighting the Israelis to a standstill, the ISRAELIS. Insurgents are the only ones to have knocked out M-1s. Saddam didn't manage to do that in 2 wars. Bush really screwed up when HE decided to invade Iraq. A war that has tragically killed 3500 soldiers and diverted the war on terror. By the way our real enemies are making a comeback in Afghanistan. I certainly hope our boys there can do the job. But they are being undermined by an inept and corrupt commander in chief.

It's very possible since they can try various ways to attack our soldiers and Iraqi civilians. Plus they can see which method are most effective in making us go weak at the knees and want to give into them.
Careful about pinning the whole thing on Bush. Many people including prominent Dems were all for this in the beginning...until it turned out to be more difficult than we thought it would be. GO TO YOUTUBE and search DEMOCRAT HIPOCRISY ON IRAQ. You'll see what I'm talking about.
I want to thank you for one thing. At least you're hoping we can win, rather than hoping we lose in hopes that Bush will look worse and result in Democrat political victory.

First of all according to Israeli government reports, the war last summer was unfocused. They did not root out the terrorists because for 20 years they have been digging in. When the Israeli Prime Ministr ordered the war, they were surprised and did not go in with overwhelming numbers or firepower, and when they did the world saw them killing civilians. The Israelis had not fought a major engagement since 1982 and it showed.
As for the war making better trained terrorist, I will give you that. The few who survive and make it out of Iraq are better trained and experienced. The very few.

If I came home and my family and home had been blown to bits then you can bet your *** that I would be looking for revenge and I wouldnt want to live.
I would most likely strap a bomb to myself and take out as many of the ******* as I could......any real man would.
So yes....every time will kill an Iraqi, we in turn produce 5 more terrorists.

Terrosists have adopted to counter the advance weapons of the Israelis and Americans that were used against them. They were more prepared to have a counter-attack against their enemies. Thus, there were increasing American casualties in Iraq and many Israeli deaths in Lebanon.
