Elliot James
Elliot John
( i love the name Elliot too, and these are two of my picks) I would avoid the name Sylar - it sounds very sci fi. If you really like the name Sylar though you could do Elliot Sylar .

Elliot and Sylar would both sound really good with a middle name starting with "l" to flow with the middle "l" sounds in the names. Sylar would also sound good with "ii" sounding names.
So something like:
Elliot Lance
Elliot Leo
Elliot Lloyd (looks nice with the two double l's :) )
Elliot Lucas
Sylar Isaac
Sylar Leon
Sylar Leroy
Sylar Luke.
Keep in mind you can mix and match those.
Hope they help! :)
