I think you have fungal infection. See if there are rashes or of any kind. Apply some anti-fungal cream (for skin application). You can just ask your pharmacist which is best. By the way, apply the cream after taking a bath. Also buy medicated soap for skin infection and wash up your testicles well. Before wearing your underwear make sure your testicles are basically dry. Moist or damp condition in a closed area can harbor bacteria.

If you think it is not a fungal infection, try using baby powder. Try apply small amount around the testicle and see if it does not itch anymore.

It sounds like jock itch. This is a fungal infection on the skin of your genital area. You can get an ointment at your local walmart or drug store. Apply as directed. Also you should do your best to keep your genital area cool and dry because jock itch grows best in wet and sweaty areas. Wear boxer shorts instead of briefs, use powder to keep it dry, and make sure to keep it clean. Shower daily and after heavy physical activity, and always use antibacterial soap.

Go to a doc, and tell him what is going on. It could be something simple like jock itch, worse like crabs, and even worse like herpes. Get seen, and get treated - none of these get better on their own.
[ If it is jock itch, make sure you and your partner are BOTH treated for 'yeast infection', and use condoms until treatments are complete - you can share it back and forth . ]
Also, wear looser slacks if possible, and shorts vs. briefs so you 'air out'.

You should go see the doctor.

It could be caused by a skin rash, or an STD, or just that you need to shower more. Until you see the doctor you won't know.

I know it's embarrassing, but think of it this way. . .it's better to suffer a little embarrassment now and avoid problems in the future.

you do have washrooms where you work? Suggest if they itch, washing them would be most effective as it is usually sweat that is the culprit.
