How safe is avondale arizona to live there?

I know someone who is moving there. They are going to 91st in some place called french valley or something like that.

But how safe is it?
compared to the bad parts?
is a nice and safe place to live?

Good place. I have relatives living in Avondale, a little farther out than 91st,, have visited and it seems very nice. And safe.
