Water cools us as we drink it, swim in it or as we sweat.
Water gives our body some of our minerals.
Water gives us fish and shellfish to eat,
Water carries away our waste products from our excretory system to the sewage treatment plant
Water is needed for all of our internal chemical reactions

Hydration provides the ions needed for our body's chemical reactions and it also conducts the electric currents needed for all neural signals.
It also facilitates waste removal and nutrient delivery since blood is made largely of water.

Well they're right. Not being dehydrated means you live. Water is life. You can go nearly months without food but can only go a few days without water.

water is not just a drink...
the molecule of water has its unique charater...
as our body contain a lot of mineral, when doing our daily activities, we will face the lack of water crisis in our body,where the density of minerals is getting higher...
therefore, unique arrangement of the water molecule which contain the hydrogen bond(polar bond) will make the molecule to dissolve in it and make lowering the density...then our metabolisme process will continue effeciently...
