The average temperature in the Antarctic is -56 Deg. F.

Ice melts at a temperature of +32 Deg. F.

In order for the ice in the Antarctic to melt, the temperature would have to increase +87 Deg. F. and there is no global warming scenario that is going to produce that much of a temperature rise.

the ice on the Antarctic continent is still getting thicker.

the weight of the ice would be gone, so the crust would float upwards. perhaps slowly, perhaps violently. Depends on the rate of melting and the structure of the surface crust.
